At Bluedream, we believe training should be a rewarding experience for you and your dog!

Agility classes from beginner to competition as well as Obedience classes designed for the family pet are offered seasonally at Bluedream. I adapt instruction to the needs for each student. With this in mind, private lessons are our choice as they are best for catering to the specific needs and motivations of each student and dog team.
Training Method: At Bluedream we use "positive reinforcement" training methods using food and / or toy rewards in combination with a clicker or other "marker" (voice praise). This method is gentle and effective but non-permissive...You decide on the rules, we can help you reinforce them!
Please, no choke chains or pinch collars are permitted. Also, we regret that we cannot accept aggressive dogs for group classes, although these dogs are welcome to participate in private lessons.
Our training field is unfenced, so dogs without a solid recall are required to remain on leash at all times.
Please note we are unable to accept dogs with behavior problems but will be happy to suggest a skilled canine behaviorist in your area.
